Worth the cost for sure! We love our water purifier!
My first unit did not work properly and working through the troubleshooting process with customer service, it was replaced. The new unit has worked flawlessly from the start and I absolutely love it - the taste of the water, the ease of use, and the access to hot filtered water at my fingertips! I had a distiller for many years and did a lot of research to find something to replace it. This is more convenient and I am very pleased with my choice!
Water taste great! Love the smart technology, don’t have to touch any of the bottoms unless I want hot water . Pretty amazing and easy to use. Very happy with the purchase.
I’ve had the Sans water purifier for almost a month now and I have to say I love it! We drink a lot of water and to know that me and my family are drinking the best quality of water gives me such peace of mind. After receiving our most recent water quality report (county water) I was disgusted to see all of the water contaminants including forever plastics (PFOA) that were ABOVE the normal range! You can literally taste and even see the difference in the quality of the water. Before my purchase, I was using a BRITA water filter but just couldn’t seem to forget the fact that we’re still drinking plastic 😞 At first, I thought there was a light reflecting down in to the water container, but then realized the water was just that clear. Set up was fairly simple and it takes no time for the water container to fill (which is glass btw). The unit is pretty quiet as well with a sleek and modern design. I recommend this product and am very satisfied with my purchase.

I can’t rave enough about the Sans, or wax poetic about how clean the water tastes. It’s simple to set up, runs efficiently and quietly, and produces the best tasting water of any filtration system I’ve owned.
The customer service is also exceptional. My initial unit was making an unusually loud, buzzing noise. I contacted Sans (their responses were always timely,) and after sending them a video clip of the sound, they presented a solution that resolved the issue.
The filters are very easy to switch out, and the system looks great on the countertop. Nice lines and quite minimalist. Couldn’t be happier!
I rarely do reviews and I was a little skeptical about the product but their third party testing and the results we have had with it validated it's worth. We have well water but it has a sulfur smell and is not perfectly clear water. The water this thing produces is crystal clear and tastes amazing. I drink a ton of water so it's saving us a lot of money on plastic bottles and we are avoiding microplastics!
So far so good.
Loving this water purifier
After using SAN water purifier, I have to say: Better than I expected!
